Every sport has a founding story, and freediving’s story is inseparable from the name Molchanov. In 2010, World Champion Alexey Molchanov and his mother, the legendary Natalia Molchanova, widely regarded as the greatest freediver in history, set out to change the sport forever. It started with a single innovation: the first-ever freediving-specific monofin. Today, Molchanovs has grown into a full-cycle freediving company offering world-class equipment and education for every level of diver, from complete beginners to elite competitors.

Natalia’s original education system was designed with one purpose: to take someone who had never freedived before and, step by step, guide them to their full potential.
